Since we don’t use international street names and house addresses in Addis Ababa, finding locations using only your given address is very hard. So we embedded a map that picks your device location by it self (if your location service is set ON) If it doesn’t, you can drag the marker over the map and put your location.
On each order, asbeza charges delivery fees from consumers. These charges are not fixed and depend on order quantity.
Yes, you can track the status of your order after logging in, under the Orders section.
You can edit your products in the cart before checkout. If you’ve already placed your order, you can call us and reorder.
Asbeza Delivery accepts multiple modes of offline payments. CBE’s internet and mobile banking, CBE Birr, United Bank, and Cash on delivery (COD) are also available for orders less than 2,000Br. If you don’t have an Ethiopian Birr, you can make online payments using PayPal, and other international payment cards.

You will receive an SMS notification informing you about the unavailable items in this situation. Refund (if any) will also be initiated.
Yes, you can order from office or anywhere (even from outside of the country) and can be delivered to your residence, yet you can pin the map location marker to the exact location place you want us to deliver. (In this case the payment must be via Bank or international payments)
On rare occasions, due to unforeseen circumstances, your order might be delivered. In case of an imminent situation, our customer support will keep you updated about the delivery option of your order.
